摘要
资源冷杉是我国特有的极度濒危植物,其中湖南省炎陵县大院分布的资源冷杉种群是最大的种群.本研究应用SSR分子标记对湖南省炎陵县大院的4个资源冷杉种群进行小尺度的空间结构分析.Sp统计量表明,4个种群的空间遗传结构强度为:鸡麻捷(0.018 6)>香菇棚(0.018 4)>和平坳(0.011 8)>中牛石(0.007 1).种群内成对个体的多位点平均相关性系数Fij表明,中牛石种群呈随机分布,香菇棚、鸡麻捷和和平坳这3个种群具有一定的空间遗传结构,间接估算基因流扩散距离分别为:16~37m、21~47 m和28~63m.对于具有空间遗传结构的3个种群,迁地保护取样时应分别相隔10m、10m和25 m以上,以减少遗传相似性.
Abies ziyuanesis is a critically endangered plant species endemic to China,and its population in Dayuan of Yanling County, Hunan Province, has the largest size. In this research,the fine-scale spatial genetic structure (SGS) of four A. ziyuanesis populations in Dayuan was analyzed by simple sequence repeats (SSR) markers. Sp statistics indicated that the SGS intensity of four populations were as follows. JMJ (0. 018 6)〉XGP(0. 018 4)〉HPA(0. 011 8)〉ZNS(0. 007 1). Pair-wise relatedness coefficients between individuals in each population (Fij) indicated that ZNS population showed random distribution and others had a significantly SGS. Indirect estimation for gene flow diffusion distance in three populations which had a significantly SGS were as follows.XGP (16 to 37 m),JMJ (21 to 47 m) and HPA (28 to 63 m). The presence of a SGS in three populations implied that A. ziyuanesis germplasm resources for ex situ conservation should be collected from trees at least 12 m,10 m,25 m (for XGP,JMJ and HPA population,respectively) apart to reduce genetic similarity between neighbouring individuals
