摘要
针对唐钢含硼低碳拉拔材表面结疤现象,利用热力学计算分析了结疤的产生机理,结果表明BN较AIN优先析出,造成晶界脆化,诱发表面结疤.通过严格控制[B]含量在0.0010%~0.0020%,[N]含量≤35×10-6,优化连铸冷却制度等可有效降低盘条表面结疤率.
Base on the surface scab of low carbon drawing wire containing boron in Tangsteel,the forming mechanism of scab was analyzed by thermal calculation. The results show that BN precipitates in priority to AIN, which gixe rise to grain boundary embrittlement and surface scab. By strictly controlling the content of boron between 0. 0010% to 0. 0020% and content of [ N] blow 35 × 10^-6 ,optimizing the cooling system,the scab rate was obviously reduced.
