淬火及回火工艺对S450J0高强度H型钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF QUENCHED AND TEMPERED PROCESS ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF S450J0 HIGH STRENGTH H- BEAMS

摘要 将V-N微合金化S450J0高强度H型钢进行淬火,对淬火及回火后的试样进行了力学性能及微观组织的分析。结果表明:淬火并高温回火后,屈服强度达到604 MPa,抗拉强度达到716 MPa,伸长率达到21.4%,-40℃冲击韧性AKV大于107 J,综合力学性能得到大幅提高,有效防止钢在使用过程中发生"自然时效",高温回火过程中,钒的碳氮化物析出并钉扎晶界,抑制了晶粒长大,起到细化晶粒的效果。 Microstructures and mechanical properties of quenched and tempered V - N added S450J0 high strength H -beams were investigated. The results indicate that quenched and tempered steel exhibits good combination. Yield strength, tensile strength and elongation is 604 MPa, 716 MPa, 21.4 %, respectively. The AKV of Its impact toughness is 107 J. and that may be an effective way to prevent the steel from" natureral aging" in the service. The V(CN) precipilates promote grain refinement by pinning effect.
