食管型颈椎病的诊疗进展 被引量:11

摘要 颈椎病是指颈间盘退行性变,继发椎体及小关节骨质增生,所致脊髓、神经、血管损害而表现的相应症状和体征。临床上根据症状的不同主要分为神经根型、脊髓型、交感神经型和椎动脉型。而食管型颈椎病是由于椎体前缘骨质增生,形成骨赘,压迫咽部及食管,造成咽部异物感或吞咽困难,是颈椎病的一种特殊类型。在1992年国内第一届颈椎外科研讨会上将其确定为颈椎病分型的一种,其发病率约占颈椎病的2%[1]。食管型颈椎病较其他类型颈椎病少见,且对其诊断及治疗的报道尚少。本文从诊断、鉴别诊断以及治疗的方面对食管型颈椎病做一综述。
