摘要
为分析电解铝工艺用袋式除尘器内气流流动规律,采用数值模拟方法研究了不同形式均流、导流措施对气流流动规律的影响。研究表明,在入口设置的均流措施能减小除尘器内形成的涡旋;灰斗内导流措施能有效地减小横向速度,提高上升气流的均匀性;灰斗内均流、导流措施对除尘器各滤袋处理气量的影响较弱。
Numerical simulation method is used to study the effect of by different balance and diversion measures to the airflow rule in bag house used in aluminum electrolysis. The results show that vortexes in bag house could be decreased by balance measure set in inlet; Lateral velocity could be reduced and uniformity of rising air could be improved by diversion measures in dust hopper; Influence to processing capacity of bag filters is weak by balance and diversion measures.
