摘要
目的：探讨舒张性心力衰竭的发病机制,临床表现及诊治方法.方法：选取2011年6月～2012年12月间在我科诊治的舒张性心力衰竭125例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：全部125例患者经治疗后心功能改善至显效85例（68％）,有效34例（27.2％）,无效6例（4.8％）,总有效率为95.2％,6月后患者均获随访,无因心衰再次入院病例.结论：治疗时根据患者的实际情况制定方案,才能取得良好的治疗效果.
Objective： To explore the pathogenesis of diastolic heart failure, clinical level of diagnosis and treatment methods. Methods： To choose in June 2011 to December 2012 in our department make a diagnosis and give treatment of diastolic heart failure （DHF） 125 cases, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Resuits：All 125 cases HouXin function to improve the treatment to 85 cases were markedly improved （68 % ）, 34 cases （27.2%）, effective invalid in 6 cases（4.8%）, the total effective rate： 95.2%, patients have been followed up after June, without heart failure cases hospitalized again. Conclusion： The treatment make plan accord- ing to the actual situation of patients, can obtain good therapeutic effect.
