摘要
重型板式给料机是矿山、冶金、港口、化工行业的重要设备。长期以来,在专业手册中,入料口的剪切阻力以及物料与裙板之间的摩擦阻力计算方面并没有统一的、系统的理论,有些甚至自相矛盾。应用于斜向裙板的板式给料机牵引理论更是无人研究。从建立微分方程开始推导出一系列的阻力计算解析解。该理论对大型重型板式给料机设计具有重要的意义。
Heavy-duty apron feeder is an important equipment of mining , metallurgy, ports, chemical in-dustry.For a long time, the calculation about the inlet shear resistance and the friction resistance between material and apron board do not have a unified and systematic theory in the professional manual , some even contradict each other.Nobody study traction resistance theory of apron feeder for oblique apron .This paper has derived a series of analytical solution of resistance calculation starting from the differential equation .This theory has important implica-tions for the design of large heavy-duty apron feeder .
