摘要
针对某镍钼矿尾矿,通过表面改性条件试验、改性尾矿的开、闭路浮选试验探索,设计出合理的加工流程。在磨矿粒度-0.074 mm粒级占90%,改性剂石灰用量为2 500 g/t,改性作用时间为45 min,改性浓度60%,搅拌速度700 r/min的条件下,获得了可选性最好的改性尾矿。在闭路浮选流程下,可以获得Mo品位为3.82%,回收率41.26%的精矿,同时精矿含有8.56%的Ni。
Based on the studies on surface modification measures /or N1-Mo ilotation talllngs, open ana closecl-clrcmt flotation tests of modified tailings were carried out, and a rational processing flowsheet was accordingly proposed. Modified tailings with the best separability can be prepared with a grinding fineness of 90% -0.074 mm, lime dosage of 2 500 g,(t, reaction time of 45 min, concentration of 60% and agitation speed of 700 r/min. For the closed-circuit test, a concentrate with Mo grade and recovery of 3.82% and 41.26%, respectively, can be obtained, while the Ni content therein is 8.55%.
