摘要
目的:对比观察单纯放疗与同期放化疗治疗宫颈癌Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2004-2007年在笔者所在医院接受治疗的宫颈癌Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者96例,通过计算机随机分组的方式将其分为试验组和对照组,每组48例,试验组患者采取放疗结合以顺铂为主的化疗综合治疗措施,对照组患者仅采取与试验组患者相同的放疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果及1、3、5年的生存率、不良反应状况及肿瘤的转移复发情况。结果:试验组患者的总体治疗效果显著好于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的3、5年的生存率也要显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者发生恶心、呕吐的概率明显少于试验组(P<0.05),其余不良反应两组相近;对照组肿瘤的转移复发率显著高于试验组(P<0.05)。结论:同期放化疗治疗宫颈癌Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者的整体疗效要显著高于单纯放疗,在安全性上两者无显著差异。
Objective：To compare and observe the curative effect and safety of concurrent chemotherapy and simple radiotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer stageⅡ,Ⅲ.Method：96 cases of cervical cancer stageⅡ,Ⅲdisease patients at our hospital form 2004 to 2007 were choosed and randomly divided into the experimental group and control group by computer,each group was 48 cases,experimental group patients took radiotherapy combined with cisplatin chemotherapy comprehensive treatment measures,control group patients only took radiotherapy which was the same to experimental group.To observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,compare 1,3,5 years survival rate of adverse reaction condition and transfer and relapse of tumor.Result：The overall curative effect of experimental group patients was significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）;3,5 year survival rate of experimental group patients was also significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）;adverse reaction probability of nausea and vomiting in patients of the control group was significantly less than the experimental group（P〈0.05）,other adverse reactions in the two groups were similar;transfer and recurrence rate of tumor in the control group patients were significantly higher than the experimental group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The overall curative effect of concurrent chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer stageⅡ,Ⅲis significantly higher than the curative effect of simple radiotherapy,both of them had no significant differences in security.
