摘要
目的:探讨逆行胃黏膜脱垂RGMP的胃镜下表现及其并发症。方法:应用胃镜检查4228例有上消化道症状的病人,并对其结果进行分析。结果:检查4228例共检出RGMP118例,检出率为2.79%,其中贲门炎3例,脱垂胃黏膜炎症44例,出血12例。共有并发症59例,占检出RGMP总数的50%。结论:RGMP多有频繁恶心、剧烈干呕、腹压升高等症状,临床上并不少见,并常出现并发症,易误诊,应引起高度重视。
Objective:To study the incidence clinical presentations and complications of retrograde gastric mucosal prolapseRGMP. Methods:4228 patients with symptoms of upper alimentary tract were examined with gastroscope. Results:The incidence of RGMP was 2.79%118/4228. Half50% 59/118 of these patients had complications including 3 inflamation of cardia 44 inflammation of prolapsed gastric mucosa and 12 hemorrhage. Conclusion:Patients with RGMP usually had frequent nausea severe vomiting and a sudden increase in intraabdominal pressure. It is a common clinical phenomenon with frequent comlications. It should not be neglected.
