摘要
目的：探讨细节护理在控制口腔诊疗感染的实施效果,旨在降低感染率.方法：将2012年6月～2013年6月我院口腔科诊疗患者134例作为细节护理组,实施细节护理;同时选取2011年5月～2012年5月在我院口腔科诊疗的134例患者作为对照组,实施常规护理.比较两组患者的护理效果及满意度.结果：细节护理组的护理效果高于对照组（P＜0.05）,对护理服务的总体满意程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：在口腔科患者护理中实施细节护理,能够有效降低诊疗感染率,提高护理效果,并且提高患者满意度.
Objective：To investigate the nursing effect of details nursing in the control of dental infection,to reduce infection rate.Methods：From June 2012 to June 2013 in our dental department,134 patients with details were selected as detail nursing group,used details nursing.Chose 134 cases from May 2011 to May 2012 as control group,used routine nursing.The two groups of patients with nursing effect and satisfaction were compared.Results：The effect of nursing of the details nursing group was higher than that of control group （P ＜ 0.05）,the nursing service satisfaction was better than the control group （P ＜0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation details of nursing in the patients with dental nursing,can effectively reduce the clinical infection rate,improve the effect of nursing,and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
