摘要
文中介绍了一种小型的多源表面温度信号发生装置的硬件设计。该装置采用4个15 mm×15 mm的珀尔贴作为温度信号发生源,通过实时精确的硬件控制和算法,可在其表面快速发生一定温度范围内、任意波形的温度信号曲线。设计了一种集成度高、简单高效的压控恒流源电路,能够输出大小、方向精密可控的电流,来控制珀尔贴的发热。系统核心部分采用了带反馈的闭环控制电路,采用PID算法实时控制,很好的实现了装置的设计目标。系统还包含室温检测、压力传感检测等辅助部分。整个装置通过RS-232串口与上位机软件进行通信,能通过学习来复现给定的温度信号曲线。
The paper introduces a hardware design of a small multi-source surface temperature signal generating device.The device makes four 15 × 15 mm Peltier as the temperature signal generation source.Through the real-time and accurate hardware control and algorithm it can generate rapidly a temperature of the arbitrary waveform signal curve in a range of temperatures on the surface.A high integration,simple and efficient voltage-controlled current source circuit is designed that can output size,orientation precision controlled current to control the Peltier heating.Core part of the system uses a closed-loop control circuit with feedback,real-time control using PID algorithm,to achieve a good device design goals.The system also includes the room temperature detection,the pressure sensor detection and other auxiliary parts.The entire device through the RS-232 serial port to communicate with the PC software,through learning to reproduce the given temperature signal curve.
