摘要
为了实现电压非接触稳定测量,文中设计了一种基于电容耦合原理的新型电压测量系统。该系统采用保护、自举、有源屏蔽等反馈技术,提高了系统的输入阻抗。测量时不需要电极与信号源直接电气接触,利用位移电流即可完成测量。实验结果表明,该系统灵敏度高、频带宽、测量稳定,而且结构简单,完全满足电压非接触测量的要求。
To implement noncontact measurement ot potential steadhly,a novel potential measurement system based on capacitance coupling was designed in this paper.The feedback technology of guard,bootstrap and active shield was adopted to increase the input impedance of system.The system can measure potentials without direct electrical contact to the source of these potentials,which operate on displacement,not real charge current.The experiment results show that the system has good operation stability,high sensitivity and wide bandwidth,especially its structure is very simple.The system meets the requirement of noncontact measurement of potential totally.
