国际、开放、远程、灵活学习的新战略——第25届国际开放与远程教育理事会世界大会综述 被引量：4

摘要 一、会议概况 2013年10月16日-18日，国际开放与远程教育理事会（ICDE）第25届世界大会在中国天津隆重召开。国际开放与远程教育理事会世界大会是世界远程教育领域最具规模和权威的大会，每两年举行一次。本届大会由国际开放与远程教育理事会主办，天津广播电视大学承办，以“国际、开放、远程、灵活学习的新战略”作为主题，从文化、制度、技术、资源、质量、服务和辅助教育七个方面展开了深入的探讨与学术交流。
