摘要
目的了解新疆≥60岁老年人高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗和控制状况。方法2007—10—2010—05，应用4阶段分层整群随机抽样方法，在全疆抽取乌鲁木齐市、克拉玛依市、阜康市、吐鲁番地区、和田地区、阿勒泰地区和伊犁哈萨克自治州≥35岁人群，进行高血压及其相关因素抽样调查，对≥60岁老年人的3747人进行分析。结果共随机抽取≥35岁的新疆维吾尔自治区汉、维吾尔和哈萨克族16460人，实际完成调查14618人。≥60岁的老年人高血压患病率为65．0％，知晓率、治疗率、控制率、知晓者治疗率和治疗者控制率分别为57．2％、28．8％、7．6％、45．8％和26．2％。不同民族高血压患病风险不同，与汉族人群比较，哈萨克族老年人群高血压患病风险增加0．989倍（OR1．989，95％CI1．606～2．463）。结论新疆老年人群高血压患病率较高，而知晓率、治疗率和控制率偏低，体质量指数、生活压力、年龄、民族和教育程度是高血压的影响因素。
Objective To investigate the prevalence, awareness, treatment and control status of hypertension in eld- erly population in Xinjiang. Methods From October 2007 to May 2010, individuals over 35 years old from Urumqi, Ke lamayi, Fu kang, the Turfan Basin locality, He tian locality, Altay locality, and Yi li Hazakh autono- mous prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region were sampled by four-stage stratified cluster random sampling method, and the prevalence of hypertension and its risk factors were examined. The data from 3747 subjects with age over 60 years old were analyzed. Results A total of 16 460 subjects with age ~35 years old were sampled from Han, Uygur and Hazakh populations in Xinjiang, and data from 14 618 subjects were actually analyzed. The hypertension prevalence in elderly people aged over 60 were 65.0%; awareness, treatment and control rates were 57.2%, 28.8%//00 and 7.6%. The treatment rate in aware patients and the control rate in treated patients were 45.8~~ and 26.20//oo. Hypertension risk differed among different peoples. The risk in elderly Kazak people was 0. 989 time higher than in Han population （OR 1. 989, 95 % CI 1. 606-- 2. 463）. Conclusions The elderly popula- tion in Xinjiang has higher hypertension prevalence, while their awareness, treatment and control rates are relatively low. The body mass index, stress, age, nationality, and education level are influence factors for hypertension.
