摘要
对16Mn钢进行固体粉末渗锌处理,采用金相显微镜观察渗层组织、显微硬度仪测定其硬度,并通过扫描电镜能谱仪观察其成分组成。结果表明,扩渗温度450℃,保温4h,获得大约79μm渗层,温度选择与超过锌的液相熔点有关。渗锌层硬度明显高于基体组织。
Solid powder zinc penetration treatment of 16Mn steel was carried out. The microstructure of diffusion layer was observed by metallographic microscope and the micorhardness was tested by microhardness tester. And its composition was observed by scanning electron microscope energy spectrum analyzer. The results show that 79 p.m diffusion layer is obtained at diffusion temperature 450 ℃ for 4 b. The temperature selection relates to excess zinc liquid melting point. Sherardizing layer hardness is significantly higher than that of matrix microstructure.
