摘要
采用托伸试验、弯曲试验、冲击试验、金相以及电镜分析方法.研究了铌微合金化Q345R钢的力学性能、微观组织及强化机理。结果表明:Q345R具有较高的强度性能、良好的延伸性和低温冲击韧性;其组织均以铁素体+珠光体+少量回火索氏体组成,晶粒度为11~13级;杂质中MnS夹杂物较少,析出物为10-50nm弥散分布的Yb(C、N);强度的提高主要是Nb细晶强化和析出强化作用引起的。
The tensile test, impact test, metallographic test and electron microscope test were conducted on Q345R Nb containing steel hot rolling plate to analyze the mechanical properties, microstructure and strengthening mechanism. The results show that the experimental material has high strength, good extensibility and good low temperature impact performance. The microstructure was made up by pearlite, ferrite and tempered sorbite. The grain size is grade 12-13. The MnS inclusion has small amounts. The main precipitation is dispersed Nb(C, N) with a tiny size between 10 nm-50 nm, which can improve the properties of the steel mainly by fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening.
