规范脊柱结核治疗，为我国结核病防治做出更大贡献 被引量：34

摘要 由于全球结核疫情加剧，早在1993年WHO就宣布“全球结核病紧急状态”，继WHO“2000年消灭结核”的目标失败后，重新制定2050年全球消灭结核的宏伟目标。中国是22个结核高负担国家之一，病例数量仅次于印度。20余年来，脊柱结核发病率增高，耐药、复发复治脊柱结核也增多。中国每年有大量脊柱结核发病，但因不具有传染性等多种因素而未获得足够重视，脊柱结核诊治多在综合医院骨科进行，部分医务人员对结核的专业认识不足。
