规范脊柱结核治疗,为我国结核病防治做出更大贡献 被引量:34

摘要 由于全球结核疫情加剧,早在1993年WHO就宣布“全球结核病紧急状态”,继WHO“2000年消灭结核”的目标失败后,重新制定2050年全球消灭结核的宏伟目标。中国是22个结核高负担国家之一,病例数量仅次于印度。20余年来,脊柱结核发病率增高,耐药、复发复治脊柱结核也增多。中国每年有大量脊柱结核发病,但因不具有传染性等多种因素而未获得足够重视,脊柱结核诊治多在综合医院骨科进行,部分医务人员对结核的专业认识不足。
