摘要
为了研究挤压剪切工艺对镁合金AZ61组织及性能织构的影响,在有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D的辅助下,采用SEM对挤压棒材进行了组织观察,并对位于模具不同部位试样进行XRD测试分析。结果表明,挤压剪切工艺细化了AZ61镁合金组织,硬度变化符合组织变化趋势。随着挤压的进行,纵截面上晶粒取向发生变化,{0002}基面织构被削弱。
In order to investigate the effect of extrusion-shear technique on microstructure and texture evolution of AZ61 magnesium wrought alloy, the microstructure of the extrusion bar, for which the samples were taken from defferent site of the bar, were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively, and combined with simulation of finite element software (DEFORM-3D). The obtained results show that the grain of AZ61 magnesium wrought alloy can be refined by extrusion-shear deformation, and change of hardness agrees with that of the microstructure of the alloy. The grain orientation of the vertical section changes and|0002| basal texture intensity reduces by extruding.
