摘要
将等效降与热经济学方法相结合,在等效降品质系数θe的基础上建立了等效降品质系数矩阵方程,由此得出反映热力系统各处能级高低的等效降品质系数θe,以便进行机组节能改造方案经济性比较。同时,对热力系统进行划分,并对热经济学补充方程进行改进,建立了补充矩阵方程。将该方法应用于某315MW机组的热经济学分析,与现有成本分析法比较表明,所提方法正确,成本计算简便,可为电厂热力系统热经济性分析提供参考。
By combining the equivalent exergy-drop with thermal economics method,the equivalent exergy-drop quality coefficient matrix equation was established,on the basis of equivalent exergy- drop quality coefficient 0e. Thus the equivalent exergy-drop quality coefficient 0e which can reflect the energy level of each thermal device in thermodynamic system was obtained, so as to conduct e- conomic comparison of the unit energy saving transformation schemes. The thermal system was divided, and the thermal economics supplemental equation was improved to establish the supple- mental matrix equation. Finally,this thermal economic analysis method was applied on a 315 MW coal-fired unit and verified through comparison with the existing exergy cost method. This algo- rithm was entirely given by matrix, which made the calculation of exergy cost more simple and provided a reference for thermal economic analysis on thermal systems.
