摘要
基于OPC技术实现了纺织生产过程中粗纱工序的数据集成与处理。粗纱设备之间的网络采用CAN总线技术完成互连通信,然后运用网管桥进行协议转换,最后采用工业以太网技术将数据传送至计算机;监控系统基于冗余架构设计,保证OPC服务器和客户端提供安全可靠的实时数据。实际工程应用结果表明:本系统能够可靠、快速地读取粗纱工序设备的生产工艺参数、故障诊断数据和报警信息等,从而完成对粗纱车信息的采集与处理,实现对粗纱工序生产过程进行监控和信息管理。
Based on OPC technology to realized the data integration and processing of the roving working procedures in the process of the textile production.The network in the roving equipment room adopts CAN fieldbus technology to accomplish interconnection communication,then using Network Bridge conduct protocol conversion,and last using industrial Ethernet technology to transfer the data to the computer;by utilizing the design of redundant structure,the monitoring system ensures that the OPC server and client provide safe and reliable real time data.The result of the practical engineering application indicates that the system was able to accurately and fast read the processing parameters,fault diagnosis data and warning messages of all the roving vehicles,complete the information collection and procession of the roving vehicle so as to realize the monitoring and management for the production process of the roving working procedures.
