摘要
以汞矿周围环境和畜禽为研究对象,调查汞含量和富集规律。结果表明,环境中除水体外,其余测定值均高于国家限量值。环境中汞含量最高的为土壤,其次为牧草、白菜、大米、玉米、萝卜;猪体内汞蓄积量为肌肉>肾脏>心脏>肝脏>肺脏>脾脏;牛体内汞蓄积量为肌肉>肾脏>肝脏>脾脏>肺脏>心脏;羊体内汞蓄积量为肌肉>肝脏>肾脏>肺脏>脾脏>心脏;家禽未见超标现象。本研究结果表明,家畜肌肉、肾脏、肝脏中汞蓄积量严重超过国家限量值,汞矿周围饲养的家畜存在严重的食品安全问题。
To understand the mercury pollution and the enrichment regularity in Wanshan mercury miner ar-ea in Guizhou,this paper researched the mercury contents in grains,vegetables,soil,water and livestock in surrounding atea of mercury mine.The results showed that the highest content of mercury in the environ-ment is the soil,followed by grass,cabbage,rice,corn,radishes;The mercury accumulation in pigs is as follows:muscle〉kidney〉heart〉liver〉 lung〉spleen;The mercury accumulation in cattle is as follows:muscle〉kidney〉liver〉spleen〉lung〉heart;The mercury accumulation in sheep is as follows:muscle〉liver〉 kidney 〉 lung〉 spleen〉 heart.The content of mercury in poultry is not out of limits.The result showed that the mercury accumulation of muscle,kidney and liver of livestock is severely out of limits, which indicates that the serious food safety problems is exist in livestock around mercury mine.
