(1-x)PMN-xPT陶瓷电致应变及其温度稳定性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用NaCl KCl熔盐法制备了纯钙钛矿相结构的 ( 1 -x)PMN xPT陶瓷 ,研究了他们的电致应变及其温度稳定性 .结果表明 ,随着PT含量的增加 ,PMN基陶瓷的最大电致应变逐渐增大 ,且具有较大的电致应变 ,最大应变达 0 .1 %以上 ,但( 1 -x)PMN xPT陶瓷的电致应变温度稳定性很差 ,其最大TSmax比Tm 约低 2 0℃ . The pure perovskite (1- x )PMN x PT ceramics by Molten Salt Synethsis using mixtures of NaCl KCl salt. The electrostrictive properties and its temperature stability have been investigated. The results indicate that the electrostriction increased gradually with the increasing of PT content, maximum strain are above 0.1%.The electrostrictive temperature stability of PMN PT ceramics is very poor and the temperature T S max at which electrostriction is the largest is lower about 20℃ than the Curie temperature T m.
