肿瘤干细胞相关信号通路在胃癌发生发展中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤组织中一群具有自我更新和多向分化能力的干细胞亚群.胃癌干细胞在胃癌的发生、增殖、迁移、侵袭及转移中起重要作用,并参与了化疗耐药.大量的研究表明干细胞相关信号通路(如:Wnt、Notch、Hedgehog、PI3K/AKT和BMP等)在胃癌的发生与发展中被激活.抑制相肿瘤自我更新相关信号通路则明显改善胃癌患者的预后.本文就上述肿瘤干细胞相关信号通路在胃癌中的作用研究作一综述. Cancer stem cells are with self-renewal and a subset of cancer cells differentiation capacity. They play an important role in gastric carcino- genesis, proliferation, migration, invasion and metastasis and are involved in resistance to che- motherapy. Numerous studies indicate that stem cell-related signaling pathways (such as Wnt, Notch, Hedgehog, PI3K, and BMP) are activated in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. Inhibition of tumor self-renewal-related signaling pathways can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer. In this paper we will review the roles of these cancer stem cell-related signaling pathways in gastric cancer.
