摘要
报告了芡实根部细胞超微结构在Hg2 +毒害下的变化 .低浓度Hg2 +短时间毒害造成细胞中内质网的异常膨大 ,随着毒害的加深 ,细胞液泡化程度增高 ,质体和内质网的膜结构解体 ,部分质体发生胞饮现象 ,形成类似多膜体的结构 ;细胞核中异染色质增多 ,核周腔膨大 ,核仁解体 ,最终 ,核膜破裂 ,核解体 ,细胞死亡 .
Ultrastructural changes in root cells of Euryale Ferox Salisb. damaged by Hg 2+ are reported. Endoplasmic reticulum in cells abnormally enlarged while treated with low concentration of Hg 2+ . With the increasing poison of Hg 2+ , more vacule were founded in cells, membrane structure disintergrated of plastid and endoplastic reticulum. Pinocytosis was observed in some plastids and formed membranous multilamellar body like structure. Hetarochromatin increased in nuclears,perinudear space enlarged, nucleolus disintergrated, and finally nuclear envelope broke up, the cell died.
