This article discusses the development origin of ar-chitectural stone carving of Chao Shan, in-depth analyzes the stone carving techniques and processes, and interpret the stone carving language embodied in various ancient building compo-nent, and final y summarizes the connective of Chao Shan sto-ne carving with wood carving and other arts, and eventual y form the perfect skil s and style system.
