摘要
对氟橡胶耐热配方进行了研究.主要采用平行实验法、优选实验法(黄金分割法)设计出几十个配方 ,通过物理性能(扯断强度、扯断伸长率、硬度)和耐老化实验的测试 ,找到了氟橡胶硫化胶所应用的最佳助剂及最为合理的配方.测试结果表明:各项性能完全符合国家橡胶测试标准的规定 ,耐热温度也达到275℃ ,优于目前国内氟橡胶制品的耐热温度(250℃)的水平.
This paper studied about the heat resistant of fluoroelastomer.It was primarily method of paralleled tests(golden vision)and optimization to design out many recipes.Then the best of aids and the most reasonable recipes could be found out by measure the physical properties(tensile strength,breaking elongation and hardness)and aging tests.The results showed that all of the workings confordme to the national level of fluoroeastomer,and the temperature of resistance of hot air research 275 ℃,which was superior to the present level of fluoroelastomer products(250 ℃)at home.
