摘要
目的了解广东瑶族无偿献血者输血传播病毒(TTV)感染现状,探讨TTV与血液传播肝炎病毒HBV和HCV及HGV的相关性。方法采用ELISA法分别检测血液中抗-TTV-IgG、HBsAg、抗-HCV和抗-HGV-IgG,采用Real Time PCR检测部分样本中的TTV-DNA。结果 376例瑶族无偿献血者血液中检出抗-TTV-IgG阳性176例,阳性率46.81%,抗-HGV-IgG和HBsAg及抗-HCV阳性率分别为8.78%、1.86%和0.08%。在抗-HGV-IgG、HBsAg及抗-HCV阳性血液中抗-TTV-IgG检出率分别54.55%、42.86%和33.33%,重叠感染达到51.16%,以抗-HGV-IgG阳性检出率最高,与HBsAg及抗-HCV比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.726,P>0.05)。阴性血液抗-TTV-IgG阳性率为46.25%,与标志物阳性血液比较,2者差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.370,P>0.05)。TTV-DNA阳性率8.16%,抗-HCV、HBsAg、抗-TTV-IgG、抗-HGV-IgG及阴性血液中阳性率分别为33.33%、14.29%、8.96%、7.69%及5.26%,他们之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.585,P>0.05)。结论广东瑶族无偿献血者存在TTV感染,TTV可以单独感染也可与HBV和HCV及HGV重叠感染。
Objective To find out the infectious status of Torque Teno Virus (3337) in blood donors of the Yao nationality,and to explore the relationship between TTV and HBV, HCV, HGV. Methods The anti-TTV-IgG, HBsAg, anti- HCV and anti-HGV-IgG in serum were detected by ELISA,and realtime PCR was used to detect TTV-DNA in part of donation samples. Results In all 376 samples,in which the positive rate of anti-HGV-IgG, HBsAg and anti-HCV were 8.78%,1.86% and 0. 08%, respectively, there were 176 positive for anti-TTV-IgG. In anti-HGV-IgG positive samples, the positive rate of anti-TTV-IgG were 54.55% ;in HBsAg positive samples,the positive rate of anti-TTV-IgG were 42.86% ;and in anti-HCV positive samples, the positive rate of anti-TTV-IgG were 33.33%. While in all ,the co-infection rate was as high as 51.16%. However, no significant differences were found among the infection of each pathogen(x2 = 0. 726,P 〉 0. 05 ). The anti-TTV-IgG positive rate of negative blood samples was 46. 25% ,still no significant difference against anti-HGV-IgG/HBsAg/anti-HCV positive group (x2 = 0. 370,P 〉 0. 05 ). The positive rate of 3TV-DNA was 8.16% ,in which the respective positive rate for anti-HCV, HBsAg, anti-TrV-IgG, anti-HGV- IgG and negative samples were 33.33% ,14.29% ,8.96% ,7.69% and 5.26% in order. No significant differences were still indicated among them (X2 = 3. 585,P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion TTV infection does exist among blood donors of the Yao nationality, and TTV not only acts alone but also can co-infect with HBV, HCV and HGV.
