摘要
目的：评价不同产地的川党参质量。方法：参照《中国药典》2010年版（一部）要求对5个不同产地的川党参的水分、总灰分、浸出物等指标进行分析，采用紫外分光光度法测定其总多糖含量，采用常规重量法测定其总皂苷含量，采用气相色谱法测定其农药残留含量，采用火焰原子吸收法对川党参中5种重金属As、Hg、Cu、Pb、Cd进行测定。结果：5个产地川党参样品水分含量范围为5．74％～7．13％；总灰分含量范围为4．15％～4．94％；浸出物含量范围为57．83％～67．31％；多糖含量范围为14．79％～27．81％；皂苷含量范围为1．49％～2．05％。重庆巫山县、巫溪县、奉节县和贵州道真县4个产地样品的多糖含量和皂苷含量差异不大，湖北恩施的川党参样品的多糖含量显著高于其它4个产地，皂苷含量显著低于其它4个产地。5个产地样品的农药残留及重金属含量均符合国家标准。结论：川党参质量状况良好。重庆市巫山县、巫溪县、奉节县及贵州省道真县4个产地的质量差异不大，湖北恩施与其它4个产地的质量差异较大。
Objective： To evaluate the quality of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv.From different origins.Methods： Assaying of moisture, total ash, extract of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv.Which from 5 different areas according to 〈〈Chinese Pharmacopoeia）） 2010 Edition （ I ） ; Assaying of polysaccharide by UV; Assaying of saponin by conventional gravimetric method; Assaying of residual content of the pesticide By GC; AAS was used to determine five kinds of heavy metals As, Hg, Cu, Pb, Cd.Results： The moisture of 5 batches in the range of 5.74% - 7.13%; the total ash ranged from 4.15% - 4.94%; the extractive range of 57.83 - 67.31%; the content of polysaccharide range is 14.79% - 27.81%; saponin in the range of 1.49% - 2.05%. There is little difference in root on the content of polysaccharide and saponin which from 4 regions： Wushan, Wuxi, Fengjie county and daozhen county, The polysaccharide content of Enshi was higher than the other 4 regions, saponin content was significantly lower than the other 4 regions.pesticide residue and heavy metal content from 5 regions conforms to the standard.Conclusion： The quality of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv in good condition.The difference on the quality of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv from Wushan County, Wuxi County, Fengjie county and Daozheng county is small, and is great between ensi and other 4regions.
