摘要
以二氧化钛(TiO2)为填料,聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为基体,通过熔融共混制备PVDF/PMMA/TiO2复合薄膜,采用扫描电子显微镜、紫外/可见分光光度计、差示扫描量热仪和力学性能测试等方法表征了其各种性能。研究表明,PVDF与PMMA有良好的相容性,TiO2可以均匀的分散在基体中;TiO2的加入对材料的力学性能产生一定的影响,同时通过剥离实验对PVDF/PMMA/TiO2复合薄膜的粘结性能进行了表征。
Composite films composed by poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) ,poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)and titanium dioxide(TiO2)as a filler were prepared by melting blend process. The morphology and properties of PVDF/PM-MA/TiO2 were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), UV-visible, differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). As a result,the filler TiO2 was uniformly dispersed in the compatible blends of PVDF/PMMA. The addition of the filler had an influence on the mechanical properties of the composites. Meanwhile, peel test was used to characterize the adhesive property of the films.
