摘要
在回顾以往研究文献的基础上,结合管理实践归纳出"绿色订单效应"的概念.通过对企业的产品绿色度的分析,建立关于绿色订单效应的博弈模型,通过数值模拟的方法展现了该模型的部分结论.通过这些研究,解析了新兴市场国家企业从被动型向主动型绿色创新的市场作用机制以及其中的影响因素,初步打开了跨国公司与东道国生态环境的作用"黑箱".研究结论可能对跨国公司与东道国关系理论以及供应链管理理论进行了补充,并为政府促进本土企业的生态环境管理提供了决策支持.
It summarized the concept of "green order effect" based on the review of previous literatures and business practices. With the analysis on product green degree, it established the game theory model of green order effects, and demonstrated the conclusions by numerical simulation. Through these studies, it analyzed the market mechanism of those local companies in emerging markets switching from passive green management to active, as well as the influen- cing factors in this mechanism, and opened the "black box" between multinational companies and host country environment. It may make some special contributions for the theory of multinational companies and host country relationship, and supply chain management. It also provides decision supports for the government on ecological environment.
