摘要
气水脉冲冲洗管道时水流在弯管内的流动特性对冲洗效果有很大的影响。借助Fluent软件,采用k-ε方程对冲洗圆形弯管时管内流体进行三维数值模拟,得到流场的流线图、压力云图、速度等值线图,显示水流经过弯管时,管道内流线呈现复杂的流动特性,管道内两侧的压力和速度均不相同,水流流经多个弯管时,管内压力明显减小。该结果与相关文献的试验结果相吻合,表明利用数值模拟的方法可靠性高,能对实际工程起到较好的指导作用。
The flow behavior in a circular-section bend pipe during air-water pulse flushing has a significant impact on flushing efficiency. 3-D turbulent flow in a circular-section bend pipe was numerically simulated by the k-ε model in Fluent. Streamline figure, pressure contour plot and velocity isoline chart were obtained. The results showed the complex flow characteristics when water flowed through a bend pipe. Different pressures and velocities at two sides within the bend pipe were shown. The pressure decreased significantly when water flowed through multiple bend pipes. The computation results agreed well with the available experimental data. This method can provide scientific guidance for pipe flushing projects.
