摘要
目的观察息风平肝合益肺固卫方治疗小儿多发性抽动症(TS)阳亢风动、肺虚卫疏证的临床疗效及其对体液免疫功能的影响,探讨其治疗TS的作用机制。方法对32例TS患儿予以息风平肝合益肺固卫方治疗8周后,检测治疗前后TS患儿和30例健康儿童免疫球蛋白及补体水平。结果 1)疗效观察:与治疗前比较,症状总积分、证候总积分及病证总积分均明显减少(P<0.01),总有效率为93.7%;停药1月后评估症状总积分、证候总积分与治疗后差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。2)治疗组与对照组比较,免疫球蛋白IgA、补体C3明显降低,2组间差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01),IgG,IgM及补体C4组间差异均无统计意义(P>0.05);治疗后IgA、补体C3较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01)。结论息风平肝合益肺固卫方能有效地持续改善TS阳亢风动、肺虚卫疏证的临床症状,可能系通过提高体液免疫功能达到治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Xifengpinggan plus Yifeiguwei prescription on humoral immune function in treating pediatric tourette syndrome(TS) and to discuss its mechanism. Methods 32 cases of children with TS were treated with Xifengpinggan plus Yifeiguwei prescription for 8 weeks. The immunoglobulin and complement of children with TS ( before and after treatment ) and 30 cases of healthy children were detected. Results ( 1 ) The curative effect observation : compared with that before treatment, the total scores of symptom, syndrome and disease were significantly reduced ( P〈0.01 ) , and the total effective rate was 93.7%. 1 month after treatment, there was no statistic difference compared with that of the posttreatment (P〉0.05). (2) Compared with healthy control group, the levels of IgA and C3 of the treatment group were significantly reduced (P〈0.01) , and the levels of IgG, IgM and C4 weren' t statistically different ( P〉0.05 ) . The levels of IgA and C3 after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The onset of TS is related to the lower function of body' s humoral immune. Xifengpinggan plus Yifeiguwei prescription can continuously and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Yang hyperactivity and Wind stirring, Lung and Wei deficiency syndrome of TS, which maybe achieved by enhancing the humoral immune function.
