摘要
总结了10年来上海能源发展对国民经济发展的支撑及能源结构、能源污染物排放、能源利用效率等方面的能源基本情况,分析了中国能源供需格局的变化、上海能源发展面临的制约因素、上海工业能源用能行业集中等方面面临的能源挑战,并采用中长期能源选择规划模型与相关用能领域的预测模型相结合的方法预测了上海2015年和2020年上海工业、建筑、交通领域的用能需求。
This article summarizes the fundamental state of energy consumption of Shanghai, such as its contribution to local economy, energy structure, energy emission, energy efficiency. Based on that, it analysis the changes in the demand and supply sites of China, the constraints in Shanghai energy consumption, and the problem of high industrial concentration in Shanghai. Finally, it forecasts the energy demand of Shanghai industry, building and transportation in 2015 and 2020.
