一种高性能液压减振器试验台设计

摘要 针对影响轨道交通车辆行车安全性和舒适性的液压减振器测试问题,从液压测控系统入手,设计一种高性能液压减振器试验台。经验证本试验台能提供精确的简谐运动,并能在一次试验中无级调幅、调频和改变测试零点,也可在同一支座条件下测试不同行程的减振器,测试界面友好,试验结果准确、精度高。 Hydraulic damper is one of the important parts in the railway vehicles.Its performance determines the security and cosiness of train.In order to improve the precision and efficiency of test, starting from the hydraulic system and control sys-tem, a kind of high performance hydraulic damper test bench is designed.After the test, the test bench can provide simple harmonic motion accurately.It can change the amplitude, frequency and zero in one test.Different stroke dampers can be tested at the same condition.The testinterface is friendly and results are accurate and high precision.
