摘要
文中介绍了红外线的特性和军用隐身(伪装)产品常用伪装方式,并筛选出特种耐晒型分散染料与红外线整理剂等功能材料同浆印花,生产防红外线侦测数码迷彩涤纶长丝印花产品。详细阐述了该面料的印花工艺流程及处方条件,分析了生产过程中应注意控制的关键点,并测试了该面料印花成品的光谱反射曲线、物理强力、色牢度等性能指标,旨为该类型面料印花生产提供相应参考。
This paper introduced the characteristics of infrared and the disguise way of military stealth （camou-flage） products, and screened the special sun-proof disperse dye and infrared finishing agent and produced the anti-infrared detection digital camouflage printed products. A detailed description on the fabric printing process and pre-scription conditions was given. This paper analyzed the key points which should be noticed during the production process, and tested the performance indicators such as spectrum reflect curve, physical strength, color fastness of the printed product. It aimed to provide the references for this type of fabric printing production.
