摘要
针对大规模风电接入电网后引起的无功电压稳定和控制问题,提出了一种计及负荷预测的双馈感应发电机(Doubly fed induction generator,DFIG)型风电场电压控制方案。该方案以稳定风电场出口电压为控制目标,利用双馈发电机组的无功能力及SVC进行控制。其中双馈发电机组只针对由有功输出的不确定性与负荷变化引起的那部分电压波动进行无功输出,即风电场按照系统电压为1时的无功需求变化曲面进行无功补偿,实现快速控制。SVC再根据风电场出口电压与目标电压差值是否在死区阀值内,决定是否进行电压控制。最后搭建仿真模型,仿真结果表明所提双馈风电场电压控制方案可行并有效。
According the reactive voltage stability and control problems caused by large-scale wind power connect-ed to the grid,voltage control scheme in doubly fed induction generator (DFIG)type wind farm considering local load forecasting is proposed. The scheme's control objective is to stabilize the wind farm output voltage. Coordinate control is combined with the double-fed generator reactive power capability and static var compensators (SVC ). Double-fed generator set reactive power output only for that part of the voltage fluctuations caused by the uncertainty of the active power output and load change. Namely,the wind farm achieves rapid control according to reactive power demand curve when the system voltage is 1. Then,SVC control the voltage according to whether voltage difference between wind farm out put voltage and target voltage within the dead zone threshold. Finally,the paper builds a simulation example,the simulation results that the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed automatic voltage control scheme.
