摘要
介绍了宣钢一钢轧厂溅渣复吹转炉的两种渣补护炉技术,在近几年的生产实践中取得了显著效果.使用镁质自流料补炉前大面次数由月均40 ～45次降至10 ～ 15次,维护炉衬的耐材成本每月可节约14.7万元,炼钢生产作业率提高,炉况稳定,生产顺行.
It is introduced the two slag spraying techniques in slag - splashing top and bottom combined blown converter in No. 1 Steel Rolling Mill of Xuan Steel. In their applications in the recent years, the large front area fettling with magnesia lining refractory material is reduced from 40 - 45 to 10 - 15 times per month, the cost in refractory material to maintain furnace lining can be saved by 147 thousands yuan per month, the op- erating rate of steel - making production raised, furnace condition steady, production smooth.
