摘要
为了保证塔式起重机的安全稳定运行,避免其倒塌造成的人员伤亡和财产损失,以可编程序控制器PLC为控制核心,采用一体化拉压传感器进行信号采集,采用模糊PID在线参数自整定的控制方法,根据信号偏差的大小对配重进行迅速调整,保证横梁两端吊物与配重的平衡性,同时还可对超载重物进行声光报警,大大提高塔式起重机的施工安全系数,并延长其使用寿命。
To guarantee safe and stable operation of the tower crane and avoid any casualties and property loss caused by collapse,signal acquisition is performed using the integrated tension&compression sensor with programmable controller PLC as the control core.Rapid adjustment for counterweight is made according to the signal deviation using the fuzzy PID online parameters self-adjusting control method,to ensure the balance of hoisting object and counterweight on both ends of the cross beam.The sound-light alarm for overload objects is provided as well to significantly improve the construction safe-ty factor and extend its service life of the tower cranes.
