摘要
目前技能大赛已成为展示职业教育教学改革成果的重要窗口,在推进人才培养模式改革中起着重要的作用。在高职英语技能实训课的教学中,可以引入技能大赛的模式,"以赛代训",与项目化教学相整合,推行"教、学、做、赛"一体化,提高学生的实践能力和就业竞争力,真正做到学以致用。同时"以赛代训"也可以提高教师的职业能力,对打造双师型教师队伍具有积极促进作用。
At present skills competition has become the important window to show the teaching reform resuh of vocational education, which plays an important role in advancing the reform of talents＇ training mode. In the teaching of higher vocational English skills practical training, the mode of skills competition can be brought in. ＂Replacing training with competition＂ combines with project teaching to advance the integration of teaching, learning, doing and competing. It can increase students＇ practical skills and employment competition, and learn it to meet practical needs. At the same time, ＂replacing training with competition＂ can increase the cuhivation of teachers＇ vocational ability, playing the aciive role in creating double-professionally-titled？teachers team.
