除尘器前圆形烟道流场的数值模拟 被引量:12

摘要 以新疆某电厂除尘器前烟道为例,分析了常规矩形烟道和圆形烟道的特点,并运用Fluent软件对烟气在烟道内的流动进行三维数值模拟,比较了烟气在烟道内的压降和进除尘器时的流量分布。结果表明,圆形烟道较矩形烟道降低了42%的流动阻力,且圆形烟道使得进除尘器的烟气流量分配更均匀,有利于除尘器效率的提高以及使风机的选择更加经济合理。 Based on the flue before electrostatic precipitator, the feature of the rectangular flue and circular flue were analyzed, and the Fluent software was utilized to simulate the flow filed of gas in both rectangular flue and circular flue in three dimension while comparing the pressure drop and flux distribution of gas entering electrostatic precipitator. The results indi- cate that circular fuel decreases 42 % flow resistance of gas and has more even flux of gas be- fore entering electrostatic precipitator. It's better increase the efficiency of electrostatic pre- cipitator and make the choice of fan more reasonable and economic.
