摘要 近年来,中国的轨道交通建设发展迅速。盾构管片的生产工艺随着地铁建设施工的发展而来。管片的生产工艺通常分为传统工艺和自动化流水线工艺。同传统工艺相比,自动化流水线工艺有着较明显的优势。自动化流水线的关键要点在于工作时间,配置合适的混凝土和合理的模位时间是控制自动化流水线工作时间最重要的工艺要点。 In recent years, the development of rail transit construction is very quickly in China. The production process of shield segment is advancing with the development of subway construction. The production process of segment is usually divided into the traditional process and the automated assembly line process. Compared with the traditional process, automated assembly line process has obvious advantages. The key points of the automatic production line is working time, configure the appropriate concrete and the reasonable time for die position is the most important technology points to control the work time of the automation line.
