摘要
体验经济的到来使感性消费在当今消费者购买行为中占据着重大的比例。产品带给消费者的第一印象是感性消费的前提条件。第一印象是一种心理活动,可以引入心理学的相关理论进行研究分析。格式塔在人的认知行为的理论研究中具有一定的权威性。文章试图通过分析消费者产生第一印象的要素,把格式塔相关原理引入到各要素中,通过实际案例来分析和探讨格式塔相关原理如何在消费者的第一印象中发挥作用的。
The emotional consumption occupies significant proportions in the experience economy. The first impression of consumer products are prerequisite for emotional consumption. The first impression is a kind of mental activity, can be researched and analysised through the theory of psychology. Gestalt is a certain authority theory in human cognitive behavior. The article tries to analyze the elements of consumer first impression, then lead the Gestalt principles into relevant elements, through actual cases to analyze and discuss the relevant principles of Gestalt how to play a role in the consumer’s first impression.
