摘要
本文从大学计算机基础教育的三个层次出发 ,从教学管理、教学方法、教学手段的改进 ,阐述了计算机基础教育的特点和有关经验 。
The paper described three levels of the basic computer education in university and expatiated on the characteristics and some experiences of the basic computer education in university. How to reform the administration,method,means of teaching and learning to improve the computer education,especially how to apply the multimedia education approach to the computer education was discussed.
