摘要
研究了熔体混合时高低温熔体的温度及成分对Al-20%Si合金中初生硅形态的影响。利用光学显微镜观察组织,运用Image Pro金相分析软件测定了初生硅的平均直径和形状因子。结果表明,熔体混合可明显改善初生硅形态,采用适当的高温熔体(1050℃)与低温熔体(690℃)混合后,初生硅细化效果最佳,其平均直径为34μm。混合前高低温熔体硅成分差异越大,初生硅细化效果越好。
The influences of temperature and composition of high and low temperature melt on the primary Silicon refinement of A1-20%Si alloy during melt mixing were investigated. The microstructure was studied by optical microscope. The average diameter and nodularization of the primary silicon were measured using image Pro. The results show that by melt mixing ,the morphology of primary silicon could be changed effectively. Adopting an appropriate melt mixing condition, which is high temperature melt with 1050 ~C and low temperature melt with 690 ~C, can obtain the optimal refining effect that the primary silicon size is 34 ~m. The larger the difference of Si content between the high and low temperature melts before mixing, the smaller the grain size of primary silicon.
