摘要
钛及钛合金正朝着提高综合性能、降低生产成本的方向发展。国内钛棒线材轧制加工技术还没有成熟,产品不能满足高端市场需求。对比钢热连轧生产工艺,结合钛合金自身轧制成形的特点,介绍了难变形钛合金适宜于轧制的三辊Y型轧制技术。利用轧钢线检修时的余热,实现了低温条件下钛棒线材的热连轧生产。根据目前钛材加工技术的研究现状,总结了钛棒线材热连轧生产存在的技术难题及未来展望。
Titanium and titanium alloy is towards the development of direction of improving the comprehensive performance and reducing the production cost. Chinese titanium bar and wire rod rolling processing technology is not yet mature, and products can not meet the high-end market demands. Contrasting with steel hot rolling production process, combining with the characteristics of the titanium alloy rolling and forming, suitable Y-type three-roll rolling technology of difficult deformation titanium alloy was introduced. Using waste heat of the rolling line maintenance, hot tandem rolling production of titanium bar and wire rod was achieved under low temperature conditions. According to the current research status of the processing technology of titanium material, the technical difficult problems of titanium rod and wire hot rolling production and its future prospects were summarized.
