摘要
心肌淀粉样变是以心肌细胞间质前体蛋白沉积为特征的罕见疾病,表现为限制性心肌病,临床诊断困难。即使得到诊断,也往往忽视不同类型的心肌淀粉样变临床表现,且预后差异极大。本篇综述了AL型心肌淀粉样变的特点及临床表现,总结临床中易发现的线索,以提高该病的诊断率。
The cardiac amyloidose is an uncommon disease that characterized by the deposition of extracellular proteinaceous material known as amyloid.This rare disease,leading to an infiltrative/restrictive cardiomyopathy,is probably underdiagnosed.Even when a diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis is made,the fact that there are several types of amyloid with unique features is often unrecognized.In this article we review the features of cardiac amyloidosis and its varied manifestations.The clues of clinical findings are helpful to improve the diagnosis of cardiac amyloidoses.
