熔融尿液泵出口尿液取样方法的讨论

摘要 熔融尿液泵 (4 0 1 J)出口尿液浓度高 ,温度高 ,容易生成缩二脲 ,为保证分析 40 1 J出口尿液缩二脲含量能真正反映尿素生产工艺状况 ,论证了采 40 1 J出口尿液样品直接取样是不正确的 。 Melt urea pump(401 J) exit urea solution is characterized with high density and high temperature,so it is liable to form biuret It’s necessary to accurately analyze the biuret content in 401 J exit urea solution to control the technology process By evidence, this paper proves that direct sampling from 401 J exit urea solution is not correct It points out that the correct sampling method is first put a certain amount of distilled water into a measuring flask,then use this measuring flask for sampling
