摘要 长链非编码RNAs(long non-coding RNAs,lncRNAs)是类转录本长度超过200 nt、无蛋白编码功能的非编码RNA分子,lncRNAs可通过多种机制发挥生物学功能。LncRNAs与人类肿瘤的发生密切相关,可在表观遗传水平、转录水平及转录后水平调控基因的表达。目前有较多研究表明,lncRNAs广泛参与机体的生理和病理过程,在恶性肿瘤的发生和发展中起着重要作用。本文就lncRNAs在前列腺癌中的研究进展进行简要综述。 Long non-coding RNAs (IncRNAs) are RNA transcripts longer than 200 nt without any protein coding ability. LncRNAs perform biological functions through a variety of mechanisms. They have a close association with human tumors, regulating the expression of genes at the epigenetic, transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. LncRNAs are wildly involved in biological and pathological process and play a significant role in the development of cancer. This article reviews the research in the current status of IncRNAs in prostate cancer.
