上海地区汉族人群脑出血患者脂蛋白酯酶Hind Ⅲ基因多态性的研究 被引量:3

Polymorphism of lipoprotein lipase Hind Ⅲ gene in Shanghai Chinese Han cerebral hemorrhage patients

摘要 目的 探讨脂蛋白酯酶(LPL) HindⅢ基因多态性与脑出血的相关性.方法 采用病例对照研究方法、PCR-RFLP方法以及基因扩增产物测序方法,检测120例脑出血患者(脑出血组)和147例健康体检者(对照组)LPLHindⅢ基因多态性,并测定血脂和血糖.结果 脑出血组T和G等位基因频率分别为90.8%和9.2%;对照组分别为82.3%和17.7%.脑出血组G等住基因频率和GG基因型检出率明显低于对照组,TG、LDL-C、空腹血糖、收缩压、舒张压明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).TT基因型人群TG水平较TG+ GG基因型人群明显升高(P<0.05).调整年龄、高血压、高血糖等相关因素,应用多元logistic回归分析显示,LPL HindⅢG等位基因可能是一个保护性因素(OR=0.392,95%CI:0.191~0.805,P=0.011).结论 LPL HindⅢ基因多态性与脑出血有一定关联,LPL HindⅢG等位基因突变可能是脑出血发病的一个保护因素. Objective To study the correlation between polymorphism of lipoprotein lipase (LPL)HindⅢ gene and cerebral hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and twenty cerebral hemorrhage patients served as a cerebral hemorrhage group and 147 healthy subjects served as a control group in this study.Polymorphonism of LPL HindⅢ gene was detected in the two groups.Their blood lipid and blood glucose levels were measured.Results The detection rate of T and G allelic gene was 90.8% and 9.2% in cerebral hemorrhage group and 82.3% and 17.7% in control group.The detection rate of G allelic gene and GG genotype was significantly lower whereas the serum levels of TG,LDL-C,fasting blood glucose,and the systolic and diastolic pressure were significantly higher in cerebral hemorrhage group than in control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).The serum TG level was significantly higher in patients carrying the TT genotype than in those carrying the GG+TG genotype (P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the Hind Ⅲ gene polymorphonism was related with cerebral hemorrhage after adjustment for age,hypertension and hyperglycemia (OR=0.392,95%CI:0.191-0.805,P=0.011).Conclusion LPL Hind Ⅲ gene polymorphonism is related with cerebral hemorrhage.The LPL Hindm G allelic gene mutation may be a protective factor for cerebral hemorrhage.
